BSNL conducting ‘Telephone Adalat’ to settle the old and pending cases for limited period.
India’s most affordable telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced to conduct ‘TELEPHONE ADALAT’ to settle the old and pending cases.
BSNL Subscribers who have exhausted all normal channels to settle their issued can apply in the Telephone Adalat. The consumers of above areas of Shimla Telecom District may send their grievances to Telephone Adalat about Telecom Services like, Non-Provisioning of New Telephone Connection
Delayed Faults attendance
Non-Refund of any type of dues
Billing Complaints etc., in duplicate along with the previous references if any on or before 18-02-2014 positively by registered post at below address:

Subscribers, who have already gone to the court, should withdraw the court case first and then apply in the Telephone Adalat. The Subscribers may attend the adalat at their own expenses if their cases are not settled before the data of Adalat.
It is also proposed to hold ‘OPEN HOUSE SESSION’ on 25-02-2014 at 16:00hrs, at the same venue. The subscribers interested in giving their valuable suggestions for the improvement of telecom services in Shimla Telecom District are requested to attend the “Open House Session’ at their own cost and expense as per above schedule.
Telephone Adalat will be held on 25-02-2014 at 14:00 hrs for Shimla, Kinnaur, Spiti block of Lahaul and Spiti, Ani and Nirmand Blocks of Kullu Districts of Shimla in the Conference Hall, Office of General Manager Telecom District, SDA Complex, Block-35, Kasumpti, Shimla-171009.
