In view of huge demand for bsnl internet connection plans unlimited BSNL introduces two new WiFi plans "WiFi-BU-212" and "WiFi-BU-234" and withdrawn existing "WiFi-BU-214" plan for mass users.

Public Telecommunications Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited - BSNL has announced the launch of new two new WiFi plans for mass users: "WiFi-BU-212" and "WiFi-BU-234" to provide WiFi internet connection services to bulk customers in cooperation with WiFi service providers for access points (HSSP).

In addition to the above introducing new plans, the Public sector unit BSNL has also decided to scrap one of its existing bulk user Wi-Fi plans named "WiFi-BU-214" for new customers. 

After withdrawing wifi internet plan will not be available to new customers, however customers who have already subscribed to the withdrawn plan can enjoy the benefits and will continue till the validity period.

This latest bsnl tariff plans revision applicable for new wifi bulk user of bsnl with effect from from 3 June 2021 in all telecommunications circles.

As per official statement from bsnl website bsnl.co.in, under the rationalization of wifi internet plans for bulk users the review of wifi tariffs reads as follows: -

To replace new bsnl wifi connection plans the existing and running WiFi-BU-214 designed for Wifi bulk user the Competent Authority bsnl has withdrawn for new customers to launch two new WiFi Bulk User plans to provide WiFi services to Bulk User customers in association with HSSP (Hot Spot Service Provider). The revenue sharing with the HSSPs will be split according to the respective work order / agreement.

The above instructions will be implemented with effect from 06-03-2021 in all telecom tariff circles. 

All other existing Bulk User WiFi plans to provide WiFi services to Bulk User customers in association with HSSP and other terms and conditions will remain the same as the published or circulated earlier.

These two 2Mbps speed offering Wifi-bu-212 and wifi-bu-234 are know to be the best bsnl wifi plans for Business / Corporate customers such as Hotels, Hospitals, universities, colleges, autonomous local authorities, public libraries, etc. 

BSNL targeted Business / Corporate customers and designed annual package bsnl wifi plans to take advantage of the BSNL WiFi services at the most convenient tariff plans of bsnl. 

BSNL will install these WiFi access points through WiFi service providers. Pricing plans depend on the number of access points (APs) and the backhaul bandwidth provided at the access point location. BSNL will be responsible for the authentication, authorization and accounting of WiFi users, and thus mass clients need not worry about user authentication and related issues.

State run PSU BSNL comeup with attractive Broadband unlimited plan under WiFi segment for Fixed Broadband users over Services in association with Broadband WiFi Service Provider (BWSP).

Telecom Business Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to lure more customers under Broadband network launched innovative Unlimited Broadband plan ‘BBG_BSNNLFi_UL_1200’ with 10Mbps speed flat without any download speed fluctuation at Rs.1200/- monthly rental plan across North zone telecom circles from 8th May, 2018 onwards as listed below.

As per latest information, BSNL’s new WiFi plan comes with Unlimited flat 10Mbps bandwidth (download speed) with monthly rental of Rs.1200/- (excluding GST) following payment options of Half-year (Rs.6600 without any discount), One Year (11 months rental with one discount), Two years (21 months rental with three months discount) and Three Years (30 months with six months discount) for subscribers. Customers have to pay one month rental charges for security deposit at the time of new connection. 

However, for additional Static IP address will be provided for each connection at Rs.2000/- on subscribers request along with Broadband over WiFi connection.

The above plan is available in Gujarat, Maharashtrashtra, Tamilnadu (Including Chennai), Karnataka, Andhrapradesh (Including Telangana), Uttarpradesh (West / East, Uttaranchal), Haryana and Rajashtran circles and now introduced in Punjab and Himachalpradesh circle from 08-05-2018.

BSNL launched Broadband over WiFi Unlimited plans for Broadband services in association with BWSP

State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) after introducing various Unlimited data usage Broadband plans across the country has decided to launch the Unlimited Broadband plans over WiFi services in association with Broadband over WiFi Services in selected circles.

BSNL recently installed its ultra-high-speed 4G service tower in Kerala state and extending the same services to remaining circles very soon to compete with private telecom players like Reliance Jio, Airtel and Vodafone. BSNL from time to time is updating with new plans and freebies under Mobile and Broadband services. BSNL owns more than 66K mobile towers in India almost 15 per cent of the around 44,20,000 mobile towers in the country. Through these towers BSNL is offering high-speed data usage under WiFi services.

As per latest information, BSNL step ahead clubbing both WiFi and Broadband services to benefit Broadband user has decided to launch special Broadband over WiFi unlimited plans ‘BBG_BSNLFi_UL_750’, ‘BBG_BSNLFi_UL_1000’ and ‘BBG_BSNLFi_UL_1200’ to offer ultra-high-speed data usage in selected telecom circles across India.

For monthly rental charges of Rs.750/- subscriber will get Unlimited Wifi Broadband data usage @ flat 6Mbps speed and for BSNLfi UL Rs.1000/- subscriber will get Unlimited Broadband data usage @ 8Mbps. Another plan BSNLfi Rs.1200/- customer can get @10Mbps speed download speed. However, Rs.750/- and Rs.1000/- BSNLFi plans will be available in Punjab and Himachalpradesh circles of Zone-13 and BSNLFi Rs.1200/- plan will be available in Rajasthan circle Zone-14 only.
BSNL provides flexibility for payment of monthly rental charges for one month, Half-Yearly, Annual, Two Years and Three years. Customer can choose any payment option according to their feasibility and requirement to avail Broadband over WiFi services.

Broadband user should note that BSNL will collect one month FMC (Fixed monthly charges) i.e monthly rental charges (equivalent to corresponding plans) as security deposit at the time of taking new connection. For providing the above Broadband over WiFi plans to the customers GST charges applicable extra and customer premises equipment (CPE) shall be customer owned.

As per latest information, new WiFi+ International Roaming data pack of Rs.501 offers Unlimited usage of high speed data through hotspots across the world excluding India. At the same time BSNL withdrawn existing three WiFi plus packs of Rs.999, Rs.1599, Rs.1999. However, WiFi customers who’ve already subscribed to these pack can continue till the validity expires.

BSNL International Roaming customers can enjoy high speed data through Hotspots installed across the world. This WiFi roaming service is applicable for Android users who have installed MyBSNLApp on their device to experience high speed internet usage.

Customers before they leave the country i.e India can recharge this WiFi plus pack in India through MyBSNLApp which comes with 30 days validity. In association with local WiFi service providers in specific countries BSNL customers can access internet service while they’re in International Roaming. High-speed internet Broadband plans service provider BSNL has announced rationalization of Prepaid WiFi plans to offer more data with double validity on existing BSNL WiFi plans.

State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) based on WiFi demand across the country has decided to offer extra data usage on existing WiFi Prepaid plans along with double validity in all telecom circles.

As per latest information, to boost WiFi services offering above 4G speed i.e 4.5 compare to other private telecom companies has revised of existing WiFi plans to offer upto 3 times more data usage with increased validity without change in WiFi Plans MRP.

BSNL existing WiFi plans starting from Rs.10 with 1 day validity and available upto Rs.599 with 30 days validity. Extra data usage offer is applicable to all these WiFi plans.

The above revision will be implemented with immediate effect on PAN India basis and applicable for all Prepaid mobile users.
