BSNL Prepaid Mobile on promotional basis launched new SMS Special Tariff Voucher (SMS STV) for Prepaid plans mobile customers.
State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced new SMS STV of Rs.15 as promotional basis for a period of 90 days upto 12th May, 2016 in Tamilnadu Telecom Cicle.
New SMS STV of Rs.15 offers, 2000 SMS for both Local/STD to any network (For the first two SMS charging will be made 50 paisa per SMS on daily basis) comes with validity for 27 days.
The above SMS STV is applicable to Tamilandu Telecom 2G/3G Prepaid Customers (Including Chennai Telephone District).
BSNL facilitates Prepaid customers to activate/recharge the above SMS STV through SMS sending using SMS keyword (USSD code) to 123 as STV(space)SMS15.
New SMS STV is introduced as Promo offer for a period of 90 days in Tamilnadu LSA (including CHTD) w.e.f 13/02/2016

The above SMS STV will be available upto 05th May, 2016 as promotional basis for Prepaid plans customers of Tamilnadu Telecom Circle.
All other terms and conditions will remain the same.

- SMS STV15 2000 SMS (Loc/STD) any network - For the first two SMS charging will be made 50paise/SMS on daily basis validity 27 days SMS – Keyword to 123 STV SMS15
- If the first SMS of the day is ISD SMS ,then the second SMS will be charged as 50Ps and from 3rd SMS onwards as per STV (Free SMS)
- If the first two SMS of the day are ISD SMS , from third SMS onwards as per STV( free SMS)
- The first two SMS of the day will be charged 50ps/SMS even in roaming.
- Even if the customer has SMS freebies or any other SMS STV along with any one of the combo STV, first two SMS will be charged @ 50ps / SMS then from freebies / SMSSTV.
- During blackout day also first two SMS will be charged @ 50ps / SMS and from third SMS onwards charges are as per PLAN (FREEBIES/STV not allowed during Blackout).
- No concession /Freebies are allowed after 100 SMS /day as per TRAI norms Beyond 100 SMS , the charges are 50ps/SMS or plan charges whichever is high.
