Default PIN code
The default PIN code for BSNL Mobile customers (prepaid and postpaid) is 0000. It is always recommended to change the default PIN. Nobody can find the changed PIN when you enter it directly on your phone.

Contact the customer service numbers of the respective telecom service providers to get the default PIN code for other private operators such as Airtel, Jio and Vi.

How can I change the default MPIN SIM?

To change the default SIM card MPIN, tap the "Change SIM PIN" option, then enter the current and new MPIN.

What should I do if I have forgotten my PIN or blocked my card by entering an incorrect PIN?
After entering an incorrect PIN code 3 times, the SIM card will be locked and the PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) SIM will be required to unlock. SIM card blocked due to wrong PIN / wrong PIN can only be unlocked by entering the PUK code.

The PUK code is an 8-digit code that can be obtained by contacting the nearest BSNL customer service center or by calling the customer service toll-free number. To obtain the PUK code for the number, you may need to provide the SIM card number details (19-digit number printed on the SIM card) to the customer service representative.

After entering the PUK code, the phone will ask you to enter a new PIN (Personal Identification Number). We suggest choosing a PIN code other than the default PIN 0000. You will then need to enter the new PIN once more for verification.

SIM rejected due to incorrect PUK code

You have ten attempts to enter the correct bsnl puk code unlock number. After that, the card will be completely blocked and you will no longer be able to use it. A SIM card blocked by the PUK code cannot be unblocked; it can no longer be used and must be replaced.
