Public Telecommunications company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited - BSNL has announced the Special offer for festival with name 'Diwali Dhamaka 2021' offering for new Bharat Fiber Broadband (FTTH) customers on PAN India basis.
According to the latest information published on bsnl official website bsnl.co.in, the Public Sector Unit PSU has decided to launch special discount scheme for new bsnl fiber broadband connection, where new subscribers can take advantage of the maximum discount up to 90 percent on the monthly rental broadband bill pay.
However, this new scheme will applicable to
bsnl new broadband connection plans only over BSNL FTTH services i.e customers whose connections are activated during the offer period.
BSNL has decided to launch this profitable offering to enhance or expand their FTTH business in the coming days. The scheme will certainly help the PSU increase its monthly growth in the FTTH business.

An official statement from BSNL regarding the launch of this promotional broadband tariff plans scheme reads as follows: -
"The competent authority has decided “to offer a 90% discount up to Rs. 500/- on the first fixed monthly charges i.e first month bsnl broadband bill payment on all FTTH broadband plans (circle specific and PAN India) in all circles for a period of 90 days ".
As a result, the TIP's revenue share will be distributed on the income generated / earned after removing the 90% discount up to Rs. 500/- in the first month bill invoice and in the following months according to the Fiber policy.
All the above guidelines and instructions will be implemented with immediate effect under promotional braodband tariff plans and scheme will be available for a period of 90 days in all telecom circles. BSNL's corporate office has mandated its field units to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including online reporting to TRAI and also updating the telecom circle's website.
New Bharat BSNL Fibre broadband plans are available in all Telecoms
BSNL has also regularized Bharat fiber plans and removed area restrictions on some newly launched Bharat fiber internet plans. Now all BSNL FTTH plans are available everywhere in the country except in the Andaman and Nicobar telecommunications circle.

40% discount scheme for working or retired BSNL employees
In addition to Employee Benefits and Welfare schemes, Working BSNL employee or Retired BSNL employee, can get maximum discount upto 40% on the bsnl broadband monthly bill payment of BSNL FTTH connection.
Under this scheme, BSNL Offering upto Rs.300/- maximum discount i.e upto 40% per month for one subscriber i.e per connection.
To take advantage of this benefit, the BSNL employee / BSNL Retired employee must subscribe to any one minimum bsnl broadband monthly bill FTTH plan above Rs 599/- (Fiber Value Plus).
